Single Origin, Medium Roast - white peach, honeysuckle, melon
All respects to Ethiopia - the birthplace of coffee. The Kochere mill receives ripe cherries from small farms throughout the region. Once the cherries arrive, the mill carefully cultivates coffees with a regal complexity. We are honored at the chance to continue to build relationships with these producers.
My first order (the second is on its way as we speak!) was a smashing success...ultra-smooth and infinitely de-loy-cious coffee. Looking forward to my next shipment! :)
The King's Prize is my husbands regular coffee--he drinks it every day and really enjoys it. I typically drink decaf (try the Ocho Libre!) but sometimes I sneak a small cup of the King's Prize and it is super tasty. I am not going to pretend I can describe coffee, but it is really good and you should try some!
We scour everywhere from local roasters to any town we visit for great coffee. At home we’ll use the beans for mostly hand pulled espresso with the occasional pour over. King’s Prize is truly exceptional. Perfectly roasted to bring out the flavors in the bean. Not under roasted like some which give a sourness or over causing a bitter harsh bite. Just perfect, smooth and solid. Our new house favorite. Beautiful.
The coffee is great and I will make additional purchases
I really enjoyed the taste of this coffee.
Was recommended by folks on Reddit. It did not disappoint! Happy to support an excellent business in the East Bay
Coffee is very good and I received it in a timely manner
Usually get dark roasts, but this was a nice switch up. I make cold brew out of this and that hint melon definitely shines through just the right amount.
Slightly acidic. Nice addition to my morning routine. Would order again.
