The Red Bay Coffee Guarantee of Excellence

Your satisfaction is our top priority here at Red Bay Coffee where we put in 10 years of experience into every bean we roast to create some of the finest coffees available. We strive to make each cup of Red Bay Coffee a unique, enjoyable experience. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your coffee order and any other purchase, simply let us know for a quick, easy replacement.

Coffee

We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature; however, we want you to be satisfied with your coffee selection. If you’re not sipping with a smile, please contact us for a replacement bag within 15 days of your order date.

Merchandize,  Drinkware and Brew Gear etc.

We want your clothing to fit and your brew gear to function optimally. For all returns and exchanges, please reach out to us within 15 days. All returned merchandise must be unused with all packaging contents. For issues with brew gear occurring after 15 days, please reach out to the manufacturer directly.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non refundable.

Missing or Damaged Products

  • Contact us as soon as you notice your shipment is missing. We’ll have a replacement on its way to you in no time.
  • For damaged shipments, let us know within 7 days. We will gladly send a replacement.
  • If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box for quality training purposes so we can serve you better the next time around.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an E-gift certificate redeemable at Red Bay Coffee will be emailed to you.

How to return items?

If you need to exchange a merchandise item for the same item where it is not related to products being broken, defective or the wrong size received from Red Bay Coffee, please advise us by email at hello@redbaycoffee.com and than send the items back using  a trackable shipping method to: Returns, Red Bay Coffee, 3098 E. 10th Street Oakland California US 94601.
