Rooted in the spirit of protest, each coffee in the Hero Collection is named after an iconic song that challenged the status quo and called people to rise. This collection isn’t about quiet mornings—it’s about bold cups, powerful stories, and the courage to speak up.

Grown by independent producers on the slopes of Honduras’ Santa Barbara Mountain—an area rebuilt after the devastation of coffee leaf rust—this roast is a reminder of what it takes to survive and rebuild under pressure.
