Fight The Power | Espresso Blend
FIGHT THE POWER | Espresso
Passionfruit · Brown Sugar · Toffee
Bright, sweet, and built for espresso. Fight the Power brings together fully washed coffees from Kenya and Colombia for a cup that balances vibrant fruit with deep sweetness. Expect notes of passionfruit up front, rounded brown sugar sweetness, and a smooth toffee finish.
THE COFFEE
Fight the Power combines coffees from two celebrated growing origins, bringing together the lively character of Kenyan coffee with the sweetness and structure of Colombian coffee.
The Kenyan component comes from Western and Central Kenya, where ripe coffee cherries are selectively handpicked and carefully sorted before being pulped, fermented, washed, and dried on raised beds. During drying, the parchment is regularly turned and inspected to encourage even drying and maintain quality.
The Colombian component is sourced from cooperatives, associations, and direct partners across Huila, Tolima, Caldas, Risaralda, and Antioquia. Coffee is selectively handpicked, pulped, fermented for 26 to 36 hours, washed, and sun-dried on parabolic beds for up to 20 days.
Together, the two origins create an espresso that is fruit-forward, balanced, and naturally sweet.
