Anniversary Limited Release
Anniversary Limited Release
Medium Roast | Berries · Stone Fruit · Chocolate
This limited release brings together two of the world’s most celebrated coffee origins, Ethiopia and Guatemala, in a blend that honors lineage, craftsmanship, and the power of connection.
From the Guji Zone of Oromia, Ethiopia, coffees sourced from approximately 650 smallholder farmers and processed at the Derikocha Washing Station deliver vibrant aromatics, layered fruit, and exceptional clarity. Grown at high elevations and meticulously washed, these coffees are known for their expressive berry character and delicate florals.
Balanced against this brightness is a washed coffee from the highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, produced by Jorge Mendez in the Cuchumatanes mountain range. Long growing seasons, cool temperatures, and high elevation contribute to a cup that is clean, sweet, and grounded.
Together, these two origins create a beautifully balanced cup: a medley of berries and juicy stone fruit up front, anchored by a soft, sweet chocolate note that lingers.
This coffee is best enjoyed brewed as a pour over or Chemex, where its clarity and layered profile truly shine.
